Art Tuition

In 2007 I founded Chapel Cottage Studio, an Art Teaching facility based at my home near Abergavenny, South Wales.

Here we offer a wide range of friendly, informal Art classes and workshops to suit all abilities including classes in watercolours, pencil drawing, acrylics, pastels, oil painting, mixed media and more, covering a wide range of topics from portraits, to still life to landscapes.

If you have always wanted to learn to paint or draw or perhaps you would like to progress and improve your own Artwork, or just come along to enjoy some creative “me-time” why not have a look at what we have to offer?

I currently teach our weekly evening Art classes as well as our monthly Pencil Drawing class. I also offer stand alone workshops throughout the year.

The Studio has around 20 fantastic guest tutors from around the country who work with us to create a vibrant and varied programme with a wide range of classes in various styles on offer year round.
